Thank you (hereinafter referred to as the user) for choosing TVGameLicense. Please abide by the provisions of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as this agreement) during the use of TVGameLicense.
Before accepting this agreement, please carefully read all the contents of this agreement, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, legal application, and dispute resolution. If you do not agree with the content of this agreement, please immediately stop using our TVGameLicense service. Any use by you will be deemed an acceptance of this agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement together with the TVGameLicense operator.
1、 Definition
TVGameLicense Service: Refers to the online trading and related technical support services provided by TVGameLicense operators to users through the official website and client of TVGameLicense (hereinafter referred to as TVGameLicense and related services).
User: A natural person, legal entity, or other organization that obtains authorization and number through the TVGameLicense provided access to obtain authorization and pass account registration.
2、 Intellectual Property Declaration
All rights (including copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret and other relevant rights) of all technologies, programs, data and other information (including text, icons, pictures, photos, audio, video, charts, color combinations, Page layout, etc.) of TVGameLicense belong to the operator of TVGameLicense or the operator of TVGameLicense has obtained legal authorization. Without the permission of the operator or obligee of TVGameLicense, no one may use any content in TVGameLicense by means of monitoring, copying, spreading, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, etc. through robots, spiders and other programs or devices.
3、 About User Information
- Users should provide true, complete, and accurate user information at the time of registration, and update user information in a timely manner. True and complete user information will serve as the basis for TVGameLicense to provide various services and a prerequisite for users to obtain legal protection.
- If the user fails to provide truthful, complete, accurate or timely updates of user information, the user shall bear all losses and responsibilities resulting from this, including but not limited to: loss of account passwords, account disputes with others, etc.
4、 User Instructions
- Users should ensure that the information provided during registration, login to TVGameLicense, and use of TVGameLicense services is true, complete, and accurate.
- TVGameLicense Pass Account:
(1) The ownership of the TVGameLicense pass account belongs to TVGameLicense. After completing the registration application procedures, users obtain the right to use the account.
(2) The use right of the TVGameLicensepass account only belongs to the initial applicant for registration. To ensure the security of user information and account, users are prohibited from transferring, inheriting, or renting the account. If TVGameLicensediscovers that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, TVGameLicense has the right to reclaim the account without incurring legal liability to the account user.
(3) If there is a dispute between users regarding the ownership of account usage rights, TVGameLicense will make independent judgments based on the initial personal registration information. If the true owner cannot be determined due to personal data defects (such as untrue or incomplete information), TVGameLicense has the right to reclaim the disputed account, and the related losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the user.
(4) Users are responsible for the custody of their TVGameLicense pass account and password, and are fully responsible for all activities under their account and password.
(5) If a user does not use the TVGameLicense pass account for a long time after registering, the TVGameLicense company has the right to recycle the account to avoid resource waste.
- As the operator of TVGameLicense is the sole copyright owner of TVGameLicense , they have the right to provide paid licenses to users in accordance with the law. Users are not allowed to directly or indirectly rent or sell TVGameLicense services (including free experience services), and TVGameLicense will no longer provide any subsequent after-sales services for accounts with sharing behavior. All disputes and losses arising from the user’s private transfer shall be borne by the user. Meanwhile, TVGameLicense reserves the right to hold users who violate this agreement legally responsible.
- If users find system vulnerabilities, program bugs, etc., they should report to TVGameLicense customer service in a timely manner. If users take advantage of system vulnerabilities, program bugs, etc. to seek illegitimate benefits, TVGameLicense has the right to take measures against relevant accounts, including but not limited to clearing Unjust enrichment, closing accounts, etc.
- If the user is under the age of 18 or is a person with limited civil capacity, they should read this agreement and use the TVGameLicense service under the supervision and guidance of their legal representative. The legal representative should represent the user to complete the registration and use of the TVGameLicense service, and bear all legal responsibilities and consequences arising from this on their behalf.
- If the virtual product is damaged due to factors such as incorrect account input/account binding phone number, incorrect amount, improper operation or lack of understanding, or insufficient understanding of recharge charging methods, resulting in incorrect account charging, incorrect recharge amount, or incorrect selection of recharge type, the customer shall bear the losses caused thereby, and our company will not make compensation or compensation.
- After the order is successfully shipped, the user needs to click the confirm receipt button on the order interface in a timely manner. If the confirmation is not made within 2 hours, the receipt will be automatically confirmed.
5、 User Prohibited Behaviors and Responsibilities
- Users should use the TVGameLicense service in accordance with laws and the provisions of this agreement. Users are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors while using the TVGameLicense service, including but not limited to:
(1) Unauthorized deletion of all copyright related information and content on TVGameLicense and other copies.
(2) Unauthorized reverse engineering, disassembly, and compilation of TVGameLicense.
(3) For TVGameLicense related information, unauthorized use, copying, modification, linking, reprinting, compilation, publication, establishment of mirror sites, unauthorized use of software to develop related derivative products, works, services, etc.
(4) Publish, transmit, disseminate, store content that violates national laws, endangers national security, national unity, and social stability, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, or any content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies.
(5) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on the legitimate rights of others such as intellectual property and trade secrets.
(6) Use any materials or information that contains images or photos obtained by using TVGameLicense through infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of either party.
(7) Conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information; Attempting to detect, scan, test vulnerabilities in the TVGameLicense system or network without permission, or engaging in other behaviors that disrupt network security; Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the TVGameLicense system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and disrupt normal network information services; Forgery of TCP/IP packet names or partial names.
(8) Using TVGameLicense services to directly or indirectly engage in or involve any legally prohibited activities such as money laundering, selling stolen goods, concealing criminal proceeds, gambling, malicious hoarding, etc.
All responsibilities arising from the user’s illegal or violation of this agreement shall be borne by the user, and shall not be related to TVGameLicense or its cooperating units. If any losses are caused to TVGameLicense or its cooperating units, TVGameLicense and its cooperating units have the right to demand compensation from the user and immediately stop providing services to them, keep relevant records, and reserve the right to cooperate with judicial authorities to pursue legal responsibilities.
6、 Risk reminder
- TVGameLicense may be invaded by various security issues, such as others using user information, causing real-life harassment; Other software downloaded and installed contains viruses such as Trojan Horse horses, which threaten the security of users’ computer information and data. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
- Any other software, website, program, etc. derived from TVGameLicense that has not been developed and officially released by the TVGameLicense operator or authorized by the TVGameLicense operator is illegal. Downloading, installing, and using such software, website, program may result in unpredictable risks, and all legal liabilities and disputes arising therefrom are not related to TVGameLicense. Users are not allowed to easily download, install, or use such software, websites, or programs. Otherwise, TVGameLicense has the right to terminate the user’s account usage qualification.
Users can only log in and use the TVGameLicense service through the official website and legal channels provided by the client. Users are not allowed to log in and use the TVGameLicense service through other software, programs, or other methods that are not authorized by the TVGameLicense operator, including but not limited to illegally compatible software, programs, or other methods that are not explicitly licensed by the TVGameLicense operator. Otherwise, TVGameLicense has the right to terminate the user’s account usage qualification.
7、 Privacy Protection and Disclosure
Respecting and protecting the privacy of user information resources is a consistent policy of TVGameLicense. When using the TVGameLicense service, the user agrees that the TVGameLicense operator collects, stores, uses, discloses, and protects the user’s personal information in accordance with the published privacy policy. TVGameLicense operators hope to provide users with a clear understanding of the handling of their personal information through the privacy policy. Therefore, it is recommended that users read the privacy policy in its entirety to help better protect their privacy rights.
8、 Service Adjustment
The user understands and agrees that the operator of TVGameLicense has the right to adjust the service content of TVGameLicense after notifying the user in advance in the form of announcement according to the development of the Internet industry.
9、 About value-added services
TVGameLicense or partners will provide users with various Internet value-added services related to the software, including free and paid value-added services, according to the development of the market and technology. TVGameLicense or cooperating units reserve the right to charge fees for related value-added services and change the charging standards and methods; If the relevant services are changed from free to paid services, TVGameLicense and/or cooperating units will notify in an appropriate form. Users can choose to accept or refuse the paid services and guarantee that when using the paid services, fees will be paid in accordance with the relevant charging regulations of TVGameLicense and/or cooperating units. If fees are refused or delayed, TVGameLicense or cooperating units have the right to stop the service and recover losses and compensation in accordance with the law.
10、 Legal Liability and Disclaimer
- The user understands and acknowledges that TVGameLicense involves Internet services and may be affected by unstable factors in all aspects. There are risks of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by force majeure, Computer virus, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown and any other network, technology, communication lines, etc. The user will bear the above risks, TVGameLicense and its cooperating units do not assume any responsibility.
- The user understands and acknowledges that TVGameLicense and its cooperating units shall not be liable for any economic losses suffered due to communication line failures, technical issues, network or computer failures, system instability, or other force majeure reasons of third parties such as telecommunications departments.
- The third-party software or technology that TVGameLicense may use is legally authorized. Any disputes arising from third-party software or technology shall be resolved by such third party, and TVGameLicense shall not be held responsible. TVGameLicense does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If users need support, please contact the software or technology provider.
11、 Change of Agreement
The TVGameLicense operator may modify this agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations, as well as the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights. The changed agreement (hereinafter referred to as “change matters”) will be notified to users through system announcements or other appropriate means.
If the user does not agree to the change, they have the right to contact TVGameLicense customer service for feedback before the effective date of the change. If the feedback is adopted, the TVGameLicense operator will adjust the changes accordingly.
If the user still does not agree to the effective change, the user shall stop using the TVGameLicense service from the effective date of the change, and the change shall not have any effect on the user; If the user continues to use the TVGameLicense service after the change takes effect, it is deemed that the user agrees to the effective change.
12、 Other
The TVGameLicense operator reserves all rights to interpret this agreement.
Any partial or complete invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
If there is any dispute or controversy between the user and TVGameLicense , it should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If consultation fails, the user hereby fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court where the TVGameLicense operator is located.
